SIDE EFFECTS

There are very few side effects to getting an IV treatment. You may experience soreness or bruising around the injection site, but that is not common. Another possible side effect is called vasovagal response. It is a transient feeling of lightheadedness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will sit in a comfortable chair, IV site will be cleansed and under aseptic conditions, IV cannula will be placed in your desired area, usually hand or upper arm. We use small gage needles and catheters, as well as numbing medicine when requested, so the entire experience is virtually pain-free.

Myers Cocktail $125

Simple and effective well rounded infusion cocktail good for overall hydration.

  1. Lactated Ringers solution 500ml and or Normal Saline 0.9% 500ml
  2. Magnesium chloride 1,000 – 2,000 mg
  3. Calcium gluconate 200 mg
  4. Dexpanthenol (B5) 250 mg
  5. Pyridoxine (B6) 100 mg
